What is Your Shipping Policy?

Orders are shipped in 1-2 business days

  • Most orders are processed and shipped in 1-2 business days for immediate shipping. Average processing times may be extended during the holiday seasons.
  • We ship all of our packages through UPS, Fedex, DHL and USPS.
  • We currently don't offer International shipping.
  • We do not ship or process orders on weekends or holidays


    How much is shipping?

    • Shipping prices fluctuate based on the rates we receive from our carriers.


    Can I track my order?

    • We rely on a global network of shipping services (UPS, FedEx, DHL) as well as local postal services (USPS) to get your order to your doorstep as soon as possible. For this reason, tracking is not always available. If your order is being sent by a trackable service, these details will be included in the shipping email we send you.

    What is Your Return Policy?

    • All orders are custom and print-on-demand so we do not offer returns or refunds unless it is due to an error on our part.

    What is Your Cancellation Policy?

    • We do not accept cancellations. Our tickets are custom made and immediately sent to the printer for production after an order is placed.
